Deck help - Electric/Dark

I'm still new at TCG and hoping you guys will be willing to help me build a good deck.

If possible, either use a different program, or save it differently.
We would all appreciate it.

Anyways, what I have noticed from your list is you have a lot of base cards.
What I mean by this, is it seems like all you have is from Pre-built Decks.
One thing I had to learn when building decks was that you need more then just one of your best card.
In my Fight/Grass I have my Fight Golurk and his pre-Evo, 3 times over, for each.
if you have a 3 evo card, a good way to do it is get 4 basic, 3 next, and 2 of last of the same cards.
This helps ensure you get your cards.
This is for you head/s of the deck.
As for the rest, lower the amount, but keep some kind of quantity.
You need a lot of Cherens.
That is a VERY helpful card.
N is nice too, Pokemon communication is very helpful, and you need more energies, which I understand is hard to find, but it's one try and find.

I also thought that I need to have more of my main Pokemon, as you described.

Unfortunately, the cards in the list and the amount of each are all that I have that I can actually use at the moment. I plan on buying more booster packs and decks, but at the moment those will have to be enough...

That is the reason I came here - you guys know what goes well together..
Using those cards, what would be the best deck that could be constructed?

a good thunder pokemon to have would be the Call for Family Emolga since you can get basics to your bench with just one energy
maybe to help start out you can go for the Pikachu chain since they have been appearing in most packs and are quite easy to get
for support you can always use N, Cilian or even Cheren
for the dark side, its kinda ify since the Blend Energy doesn't have electric on its side
you might have use with Sableye since of its Junk Hunt, but I can't name some on my mind for the deck
