Hello Pokémon masters, welcome to another round of Defeat the Boss! But first, a reminder about the rules and mechanics:
This is a comprehensive list of actions you can take, and you can only use one of these per post.
1. Attack the enemy
2. Protect yourself from an enemy ability (if applicable)
3. Protect/Heal an ally from an enemy ability (if applicable)
4. Boost another player's attack power
5. Heal the boss
6. Protect the boss
7. Weaken another player's attack power (essentially the same as protecting the boss)
Please note that you cannot use an action to retroactively negate or enhance a previous action of another player. You can only affect future posts by mentioning a specific user or saying something along the lines of "_______ to the next player's attack."
This set of enemies comes from Kirby's Adventure. Let's begin!
Enemy #1
Enemy #2
Boss #3
Enemy #4
Enemy #5
Good luck!
- I will give you the enemy and their health points, and you have to attack it with all that you've got.
- Your attacks will be scored from 0-10 and tallied every so often to show how far you have to go before the enemy is defeated.
- Your attacks do not have to be based on the video game and you don't have to know who the enemy is to play. You can use bombs, swords, paper fans, zucchinis, black holes, paintball guns, whistling, memes, whatever you want to take down the opponent.
- After an enemy is defeated, I will post the next enemy, which will be stronger than the one before it and will therefore take longer to wear down.
- After you have defeated a certain number of enemies, the boss will appear, which is much stronger than any of its minions.

Enemy #1
Waddle Dee
Health = 300
Special Ability: Tiny and Cute - this ability doesn't do anything because Waddle Dee isn't very special

Enemy #2
Bonkers
Health = 450
Special Ability: Flatten - Each time you attack, you are flattened by Bonkers' hammer and cannot take another action until you free yourself or another player frees you. Freeing yourself or another player takes a full action and you cannot attack or help another player in the same post. If 20 posts have passed since you were flattened, you are automatically freed. Only attacks on Bonkers will result in being flattened while any other action will not.

Boss #3
Whispy Woods
Health = 500
Special Ability: Blow Back - All attacks deal 2 less damage than normal. This ability will usually be negated if an attack is boosted by another user.

Enemy #4
Meta Knight
Health = 550
Special Ability = Master Swordsman: In order to inflict damage on Meta Knight, you must challenge him to a duel of swords. All of your attacks must involve swords or blades in some way. This is a creativity challenge!
Parry: Meta Knight's second ability allows the tallier to roll a dice for every attack on Meta Knight. If I roll a 1, then the attack was blocked. Attacks boosted by other players cannot be blocked by this ability. Any player may prevent this ability from occurring for the next 3 posts. This does use up that players action for that post.

Enemy #5
King Dedede
HP = 600
Special Ability = Minion Swarm: For every 20 actions made from here on, I'll flip 1 coin. For every heads I land on, Dedede summons a Waddle Dee with 20 HP that you must defeat before attacking Dedede again. To make things simple, every attack deals 5 damage to a Waddle Dee, which means each Waddle Dee can take 4 hits. If your attack defeats a Waddle Dee, just make a note of it so the next player will know to attack the next Waddle Dee or Dedede. I'll be keeping an eye on the thread to make sure you're calculating properly.
