Degrassi : The Next Generation

Based on MuchMusic's (TeenNick in the US) hit series Degrassi which is a remake of the old Degrassi Junior High show.

Synopsisegrassi is an average high school in the middle of Toronto. After an incident at a recent Vegas night dance that involved a weapon, rules are stricter than ever and new uniforms and student ID tags have been imposed upon the students. Many clubs and even Degrassi's famous cheerleading the Power Squad are forced to shut down under the rule of Principal Archie Simpson. But all is not lost. With the addition of new Media teacher Ms. Oh and a group of clever students, the clubs will soon be brought back and slowly the rules will become less strict.

There is much drama at Degrassi from eating disorders to pregnancy to even stalking. And with the Spring Fling dance around the corner, things will be more dramatic than ever as students deal with drama and they all find themselves in intense situations and not everybody will come out unscathed.

Clare Edwards (Grade 10) - Catholic schoolgirl who is coping with her parent's divorce.

Eli Goldsworthy (Grade 11) - Dramatic and intense goth boy who is dating Clare.

Fiona Coyne (Grade 12) - Rich socialite from New York who fled to Degrassi to escape her abusive boyfriend, Bobby. Coping with her addiction to alcohol and questioning her sexuality.

Alli Bhandari (Grade 10) - A young Muslim girl who has very strict parents. Recently got into trouble at the Vegas dance.

Jenna Middleton (Grade 10) - A young girl who is coping with her pregnancy by herself. The baby's father refuses to be involved at all. Tries to make money by entering The Next Star tv show for singers but quickly develops unrealistic fantasies.

Appearanceaemon has jet black hair reaching down to his chin. His hair often covers his dark brown eyes, but most of the time he'll push it out of the way, so it only covers his left. He stands at 6'1" with a medium build, and his skin is moderately tanned. He'll normally wear a plain black t-shirt, sometimes with pop-cult ire references on them, dark blue jeans, black and white skating shoes, and a silver chain around his neck.

Personalityaemon is slightly hot-headed and can easily hold grudges. He is often quite anti-social and will responds with grunts and growls. Despite his tough exterior, Daemon will sometimes have random outbursts of his childish and random self. Once he gets to trust someone he'll become a completely different person. Strange things have been known to happen around him, such as sudden links to alternate universes.

He usually dresses in formal styles, usually wearing a tuxedo vest, button up shirt, tie, slacks, and dress shoes. He always wears a pair of pink heart-shaped sunglasses, and has uncommonly large blue eyebrows.Personality: Eliot is a hedonist to the core. He loves women (Whom he shamelessly flirts with), money (Which he spends lavishly), and candy (Which he eats little but.) However, he can be genuinely nice, and even selfless at times. He is extremely spirited and outgoing too, and likes to make friends with everyone. He also loves kittens, and is truly dedicated to spreading love throughout the world.
