How do we request to delete a page on Bulbapedia? Because I think this page needs to go:

With really short stubs like that one, the best method is to find a wider article to merge it to. (As did happen here.) Just copy the text over and set up a redirect - unlike deletions any user can do that.

If the text has no importance or relevance on Bulbapedia, then you can go ahead and add the delete tag.
