Deluxe Pack: ex now officially announced for Pokémon TCG Pocket, launching early next week — In-game events in October detailed

After jumping the gun yesterday with a swiftly-deleted post on the game's official Japanese account on X, a new trailer and press release have provided players with their first official look at Pokémon Trading Card Pocket's very first special booster pack expansion, Deluxe Pack: ex. This time-limited expansion is set to launch worldwide on Monday September 29th at 11:00pm (PDT) / Tuesday September 30th at 6:00am (UTC) / 3:00pm (JST). Information has also been given on a selection of events coming to the game over October.

Deluxe Pack: ex
This special expansion will reprint a variety of cards originally released in expansions between the game's launch with Genetic Apex, and Wisdom of Sea and Sky, including all rarity cards released in all of these expansions. Select cards being reprinted in the set will also receive new artwork, or new parallel foil designs reminiscent of the physical Pokémon Trading Card Game, while others will be receiving brand new and versions. Deluxe Pack: ex will be available for one month only, until Wednesday October 29th at 11:00pm (PDT) /Thursday October 30th at 6:00am (UTC) / 3:00pm (JST)

In contrast to all expansions released to date, Booster Packs for Deluxe Pack: ex will contain only 4 cards, however 1 card in every pack is guaranteed to be at least rarity.

Upcoming Events
Four separate events will be running over October connected to Deluxe Pack: ex.

Raichu ex Drop Event
In this event running from October 5th at 11:00pm (PDT) to 15th at 10:59pm (PDT), players will take on special solo battles to obtain a variety of new promo cards from Promo Pack A Series Vol. 13, including Raichu ex.

Bonus Week
In this event running from October 11th at 11:00pm (PDT) to 18th at 10:59pm (PDT), players will be able to acquire pack hourglasses and assorted other rewards by completing a set of special Bonus Week missions.

Wonder Pick Event
In this event running from October 12th at 11:00pm (PDT) to 22nd at 10:59pm (PDT), players will be able to obtain new promo cards such as Shaymin and Absol, and obtain event shop tickets by completing missions.

A variety of in-game items will be obtainable using shop tickets acquired by completing missions, including a binder cover and display board themed around Professor Oak.

Parallel Foil Cards Mass Outbreak Event
In this event running from October 22ndth at 11:00pm (PDT) to 28th at 10:59pm (PDT), parallel foil cards from Deluxe Pack: ex will appear in rare picks and bonus picks.

I really have not played this game since the start of the month and I'm not sure this is going to reingage me. We need new modes and new ways to play, just laddering got old fairly fast.
