So, I’m from Delaware, and I want to create a tournament for other players in the local community. It would be a time for other players from around here to get to know each other, have a good time, battle it out, and win a prize for winning. In order for there to be a prize, there would probably be a buy-in (anywhere from 5-10 dollars shouldn’t be surprising here.) I won’t be making any money off of that. That would all go towards the prize money and possible expenses for a location. Basically, ITT, Delawarean pokemon players report in, and state whether or not you’d like to get together with other players from around the area.
I need to find out how much of an interest there would be in such a thing before I even start to think about things like a location or what rules need to be in place. If I can spark enough interest, then I’ll start making an actual list of possible attendees in order to start scouting for a location. That’s when I’ll be making a ruleset too probably. Thanks!
