Dengeki Pikachu scandal...

I have a couple of questions on the Dengeki...

I read the English ones when I was a kid, and was shocked upon surfing the Japanese version that they were risque enough to depict Misty nude in plain sight of both Ash and Brock (who aren't exactly being gentleman about it, either); in the epilogue, Ash and Misty are seen in a jacuzzi, and Misty appears to be topless (in the English version, she's at least given a shirt).

I thought they were like, 10! What's going on?!?

It seems crazy that they could get away with publishing something like that for kids...an older audience, of course, but not kids xP

...this sounds so sick, but I'll bite the bullet: in the jacuzzi panel, are they inferring that Misty and Ash...ahem? I can't understand the text, so I can only guess what's going on...

It's probably a Japanese bath.
I saw that pic once before, and I thought it said something like "Is this the girls side?" , But I could be wrong.


Ono is a Hentai mangaka, so Dengeki pikachu is very tame for him.

I have a Cantonese translated version of the second part of Dengenki (that I got at a second hand store) and the original Japanese artwork is still intact

I swear there is a half naked drawing of Gary on either the back or the front side of the book behind the removeable cover
