Who Replied?eBay has the English version up all the time, usually at no cost, occasionally signed for a bit more.
Not sure about scanlations. There was a site a while back that showed all the clothing censorship but it's long gone now.

I have the VIZ-Edition manga on my Amazon Wish List, so that's another place to look at them. I wouldn't mind finding just a comparison of the edits they've done, but I'd prefer a full scanlation.
