Is there a place (like the meteorites in Veilstone City in DPPt) that lets you change the form your Deoxys is in?

The Deoxys forme meteorites are on Route 3, in Kanto (between Pewter City and Mt. Moon).
 
This could have been easily found on Bulbapedia. Try to find your information on your own first before asking here.
