The track lists for the upcoming Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl theme song CD and DVD have been announced. The CD will include eight tracks, and the DVD, included in a bundle, will contain four videos. The CD will include two new BGM (background music) tracks. Both are scheduled for release Nov. 29.
