Meloetta, because of how elegant its Aria forme is (although I really like Mega Diancie too).

Too easy, Diancie. She's pretty damn adorable and has giant pink diamonds for hair. Her mega form is awesome too since she gets a dress made of pink diamonds.

I have to go with Meloetta here, as I like her design more and she's from Unova. Not saying that I don't like Diancie but Meloetta appeals to me a bit more.
