Well, a lot of us were only little when the movies came out and our parents had to take us to see the movies. Did they like the movies? Or could they not stand it? My parents actually liked the movies.

I was actually 12-13 when the movies came out where I live. The second Pokemon movie was the first movie I saw in theaters alone, though my dad bought the ticket for me and waited till it's over to pick me up. When the third movie came out, I paid for the ticket with my own money. So, my parents have no opinion about the movies because I didn't force them to come see them with me. XD

I forget how old I was when the first one came out. My dad took me to see it and the second one. Both times he feel a sleep LOL And he tells me I'll never see another one ever again LOL. Now and days I just buy them on DVD, when I ask dad if he wants to watch one he always says no LOL. No one in my family these days understands why I watch Pokemon or has fun with it. But at least they let me enjoy it so that's some thing, hurray!

i was about 6 or so when i saw the first movie in theaters. i don't exactly remember my parents' reaction to it... y'know, since i was 6 and all. :c
they probs weren't too enthralled with it, though.

I took my Grandad to see #1 with me (I was 7) and he thought it was rubbish and took the mick of it endlessly, but then again, he does that to everything I like :-p My dad took me and my friend to see #2. He was bored. So no, the olds don't like it much.

My mom didn't get like all into it, but she enjoyed the First Movie's storyline and 'accept/tolerate everyone' and 'violence is wrong' themes.

No pokemon movie is published in theater in my country as well.. Not even a single anime movie..

I had to go see them alone. Lol. The first one I went to see with my aunt, but I don't remember if she liked it or not.

No. My dad was kind of forced to come along to movie 1, since the closest cinema was quite the car trip away, and he didn't just want to be hanging around for an hour or so doing nothing. Plus my brother came along too, and I wasn't old enough to look after him on my own.
I remember dear ol' Dad asking a lot of questions about what was going on, and a lot of exasperated 'oh my god's and sarcastic chuckles at some of the cheesier jokes and scenes. Hell, even I wasn't too fond of it. I distinctly remember slowly sinking into my seat at both 'Brother, My Brother' and that crying scene.

At the end, he asked me in a somewhat jokey way; 'Son? Why do you like this crap'?
I think the only answer I could muster at the time was 'I just do!'

The only Pokemon movie I say in the theatre was the eighth one (Lucario and the Mystery of Mew), my parents didn't want to see them so I watched it alone. It seemed to me that I was the only person in the theatre who was actually excited about the movie apart from kids.......and by kids I mean ages 0~12

I've only seen Mewtwo Strikes Back and I loved it, however afterwards my whole family said 'never again' xD

My TV is my own personal movie theater. And no, my parents did not have to watch the TV with me. :C

And because no movies have come out in my country in theaters...

They don't release them in cinemas where I live, but I wouldn't even try to get them to take me even if they did show them here. My dad would disown me if I asked him that, and I'd probably find it quite uncomfortable being there with them, and so would they. So my answer; they'd never like them. Ever.

The onyl film i watched at the cinema was the first and i watched it with my nan
she didnt said it was good but i dont think she was bothered

I think they did, although I was pretty young at the time so I don't think they would have told me if they hated it. They were nice like that. My Mom always did think Pikachu was the cutest little thing though.
