5 years passed since the events of Digimon World Dawn and Digimon World Dusk. 8 new Human Tamers have been called to the Digital World by Mercurimon, and are given each their first In-training Digimon, and their first Digi-Farm. In order to get more Digimon in your party, you need to get enough Scan Data for them. You can have a maximum of 3 Digimon in battle at once, 3 in your relief team, 8 on each Digi-Farm, and the rest in your Digibank. You also can Digivolve Digimon into higher forms once certain requirements are met, and Degenerate them to lower forms to raise their stats, when other certain requirements are met. Mercurimon called you to the Digital World because of a group of hackers and Bad Tamers threatening to control it. Who knows what they'll do? You must save the Digital World before it's too late.
