You live in a world where Digimon is famous not for its anime but for its digital pets. Here kid of all ages play with their Digimon, raise them and take care of them so that they can grow up and fight. Of course not everyone likes them but most people know about them and know what they are and most people just treat it as a game.
Well it isn't. A few months ago strange appearances have occurred all over the world, this appearances are what seem to be monsters, unfortunately like in any weird occurance the government tries to hide it so that the public doesn't get alarmed. You are one of the chosen people who will receive a special Digimon a Digimon with the rare X antibody a special substance that makes a Digimon different from normal ones and more powerful.
Even if your character doesn't like them he can still get one.
Brief description on Digimon. Digimon are creatures created from remainings in the Internet they live in their own world which has been named the Digital World Digimon also stands for Digital Monsters. Even though they're made out of data they have life and think for themselves like real human beings and can also talk and are capable of both speech and even different kinds of speech. They also live in a world based off on ours.

You only get one Digimon partner

No godmodding
Your Digimon can only be Rookie or Champion level nothing past that.

Here's Mine
Name: Edi Gonzales
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Appearance: Edi has a tanned skin with a long brown hair which is normally hidden by his hat. He has a pair of brown eyes and a small scar on his face. Edi wears a long sleeve red shirt with a white sleeveless jacket, he also wears a small red hat on his head and has a pair of goggles hanging from his neck which he normally only wears when he needs to see better.
Personality: Edi is a bit of a goofball and a troublemaker he normally tends to make pranks on people just to have something to do and can be a bit annoying. Edi can also be a bit absent minded, and tends to not understand a lot of what he's told.
History: Every since he was a little kid Edi was always interested in Digimon he bought his own Digimon pet when he was only eight years old and raised it till this day, he takes the game a bit to seriously though. He lives with his dad in a one bedroom apartment and sleeps on the couch; the apartment tends to be dirty though. This is because Edi's parents divorced when he was only ten years old his big brother stayed with his mom while he stayed with his dad, he hasn't seen neither his mom or his brother since then.
