Doctor Whooves, while traveling through space and time in the TARDIS, his time machine, found himself in future Ponyville. What he saw horrified him. It was a dark, dreary place, the few citizens that were out looked completely miserable. He asked one pony about when the town changed. He was told that the change started one year prior. But when he asked about what happened, the pony suddenly got an alarmed look, before quickly saying that she didn't know, and ran away, before any more questions could be asked. Still, having enough information, the Doctor returned to his TARDIS, and traveled to past Ponyville, determined to prevent the horrible future he saw.
