Ditto (non-Japanese one)

So I got a foreign male Piplup off the GTS and I would like to try to breed a shiny one, so I need an English-language (or non-Japanese) Ditto.

I have DW females I could trade or I could breed a Piplup for you.

Doduo (Tangled Feet) --> I'd need to breed you one
Surskit (Rain Dish)
Nidoran (Hustle) ---> Could breed you a male one
