I just found out about the Member Card event that's going to take place in just a few days. I do understand that one does need the National Dex in order to access the place it unlocks. However, I only got as far in Pokemon Platinum as I needed in order to unlock the wi-fi feature and download the Secret Key, and I've been saving the rest of it for some point after I complete Pokemon Diamond.
If someone will answer me, do I need the National Dex in order to download the Member Card, or will unlocking wi-fi be enough for it?
