Like, for example, I hear Blake Hall as the character Father from the cartoon Codename: Kids Next Door, which I used to occasionally watch. Murph is Numbah 2 (same cartoon), and Tiffany is my friend who plays violin. I hear Lt. Surge as my 9th grade Health teacher (I missed many early episodes, apparently including the one(s) he's in). Silver is Paul or the lead singer of Simple Plan.

Anyone?

Yes I do. D: I also do the same to characters in books and fanfiction.
Cyrus sounds creepy. Mommy ;-;

I do sometimes actually without realising it.
Mainly Sonic characters xD

I like to visualize that the characters are saying all of the things they say in their text boxes in an anime. I guess it helps me to understand it better, I don't know.

I always imagined Blake as having a deep voice, but not quite like his. He reminds me of that guy from Scoobydoo and the Witch's Ghost (I think his name was Ben?) in a lot of ways, and that's kinda how I'd imagine he'd sound, too.

As for Murph, I tend to think he's a lot older in the second game (Say, 13 or so in the first, slightly younger then the player, who's probably around 15 or so, and about 18-20 in the second), so I see your point as far as the first game goes, but in the second one I always thought of him as having a Sokka-type voice with a hint of Harley-ness.

Silver has always come across as having a high creaky voice to be. Or a badass teenage one. Either one works really.

For the Quads, I think of them as being one of those people who always seem to be making rhyms when they talk, EXCEPT for Tiffany, who has Silver syndrome, and comes accross as having a scratchy girly voice. She shares this with Lovrina (SP?) from XD, Venus from Colo, and Lavana from Ranger Two, because I tend to associate this voice with young evil bitchy women.

I've always attatched a Balto-like voice to Grovyle in Mystery Dungeon Two, which is why I was kind of thrown off by his voice in the anime special. I can kind of see how he'd be shown as old, but it's still hard for me to see how he'd have a "wise old man" voice like that.

Thats what i do, Sometimes involving Sonic characters as i said earlier ^^;
although pokemon xD and colossuem don't have much need for it xD, maybe dramatised a bit more i guess.

I think Murph is, like, 13 or 14 in the first, and 15 or 16 in the second.

I hear Jupiter as Medicham from the first PMD special.

I put voices to my characters, but only ones who I've heard in the anime. ^^; If they don't have one of those, they just all are either:

A) My terrible American accent
B) My terrible American accent girl-style

xD

I'm an actress so I love to read aloud and do actions with accents too.
Someone should tape it someday!
I do a really good James.

I have for OC's. Several times.

Uhhh, I have to ask - what exactly do you mean by that?
------

Anyway, I usually always assign characters to voices of their show counterparts, like gym leaders to gym leaders, etc... The different/random trainers I assign to people I know. The rival varies... If it's the Gary-esk one (Blue/Green), I sometimes assign him Gary's voice. If not, I assign him the voice of whichever friend I'm playing the game along side (in which case I name him after them)

I do that often. But when it comes to people like the rival in the Pokémon games I often just assign them Gary Oak's voice.

I do assign voices quite often. Mostly just imaginary voices I made up in my head or occasionally from the TV show. I'm not exactly sure if I'm always actually consistant on what kind of voice each person has though. XD;;
