Important questions! :D

Anyways, I walk around the neighborhood three times a week most of the time, depending on how I feel. I started doing it a while back and I really enjoy it. What about you all? Do you lift weights, play any sports, or anything that deals with physical fitness?

I walk about a mile to my bus stop every morning that I have school, plus the amount I have to walk to classes. Um.. Then I occasionally go roller skating, but I've been too busy to do it lately. =/ That's about it really.

I used to train Kung-fu but got bored with it. I tend to walk about an hour or so every now and then, listening to music. I also go for a jog sometimes but I can't say that I'm exercising regurarly, no.

I have grown seriously addicted to cycling in the past two years, I try to ride 10 miles every other day. Would probably do more if I didn't have class, work, etc. Other than that, I have a pretty physically strenuous job if that counts :XD2:

A skate at least 8 kilometers around my neighborhood daily, and that' kinda it. I walk around the neighborhood whenever I feel like it though.

I don't do as much as I should, no. I walk to school every day, but that's only 15 minutes. I don't do much else, but Summer is here, so I'll probably be swimming a bit more.

I swim in the summer and play golf all year round.. Plus i walk around the block sometimes (if i don't have homework)

I swim about 4 - 5 hours a week and do small exercises now and then, getting into the habit of taking 21 situps every morning at the moment. It's not too much, but enough to keep me in shape. :)

I walk home from work sometimes. It's about a 5 mile walk, and I don't mind it as much. I also walk around my town, and that takes an hour.

I walk about 3-5 miles every day. Takes me about 15 mins to ealk home from bus stop. I cycle when I can and usually walk every day thats good and I have nothing else to do as I like photography and usually am out walking about photographing things.

I used to be unfit, but walking 3 miles everyday around the same town before getting bus home made me fit (I had nothing else I could do but wonder until bus arrived to take me home and sometimes I had to wait 2 hours or so for bus)

I also do weight lifting but I don't over do it, only 2 times a week or so do I do that.

I take gym... does that count?

Anyway, I walk around our block and i swim at my dad's.

I try to walk for 15-20 minutes (usually with my dog) each morning. I do walk a lot at work as well. I've been using YouTube to find exercise routines for weights and Pilates, which I do when I feel motivated.

I give my dog daily walks, play tennis a few times a week, and occasionally do the Wii Fit.

I walk or cycle to school, play sport practically every day with my friends, walk my dog every now and then, run around, jog, ect.

I used to exercise, I lost a significant amount of weight last year with the combination of diet and exercise, but now that I lost the weight and have been successfully maintaining it, I have absolutely no desire to exercise whatsoever, LOL.

I walk about 20 km a day, preferably five times a week + what I walk to and from school and when I'm shopping for groceries.
When I'm at my parents' I go to the gym three times a week plus swimming two-three times a week as well + some walking while delivering newspapers.
Then I take sit-ups, push-ups plus minor sets with weights as well as minor Pilates routines daily.

I make a habit of walking to wherever instead of taking the bike or the bus in general.
I'm at the point where I become restless if I don't exercise at least a couple of hours a day, which at times can be quite bothersome.

Well, I'm officially shocked. I've actually followed through on something.

I've started swimming every day. Nothing really strenuous, just doing laps for 20-30 minutes each afternoon.

I play a lot of football/soccer mostly. I also swim a lot, twice every week.

I haven't been walking as much as I usually do lately. I've been busy with other things. x_x (lame excuse)

That's great! I want to try swimming too. The weather here is fine enough for it. Although I'm not a very good swimmer lol.
