Do you expect anything from Gary before DP ends?

Gary's last appearance was in the Galactic finale when he was with Prof. Rowan in the lab monitoring Sinnoh.

Out of the nearly 200 ep span of DP, Gary's had 3 appearances. Do you think we'll see him one more time before DP ends or are the writers done with him?
 
Well, what with so many different other things going on... y'know, like the Grand Festival, the Sinnoh League, the new starters, and just B&W in general, peoples' attention is focused elsewhere.

I certainly wasn't thinking about Gary.
 
Watch him beat Ash with an Issuhu evo Pokemon to kick start him into the next region...again.

It'll be Kenny this time around, you just watch. That quite frankly sounds boring, I wish they'd change it up a bit. I would like to see Gary agian before the end of Sinnoh, if not in the Pallet reunion, but not for a battle. Hopefully he replaces Brock as the resident nerd on the main cast next season I'd just like a real scene that emphasizes Ash and Gary's friendship.
 
why??? Gary has nothing to do with the series, he is no longer ashs rival nor has any reason to show up, except fro the occasional cameo. lets focus on the now rivals: like ummmmmm oh yeah paul
 
I certainly wouldn't mind it. I like Gary. Would be sort of interesting, wouldn't it?

He might come to watch Ash in the Sinnoh League.

true but they have different goals now, that don't even intertwine if ever.

Gary= professor, as in following his grandpa's footstep's
Ash= trainer wanting to become Pokemon master

im not saying they don't share any rivalry anymore. im saying that its not as emphasized anymore since his defeat at the silver conference. they have both moved on to other things.
 
I absolutely love Gary, and I want him and Paul to meet badly. But, then again, he really isn't that needed right now when it comes to Ash's journey.

I hope we see Ash and Gary battle, and more Dawn and Gary interactions.

i underlined the part you are speaking of, and im thinking there might be some misunderstanding. what is meant by it, is that there story is over, why make another mini arc for an older rival. i wouldn't mind, but why take the time?????

They don't share a rivalry,rivalry means competing in the same area,With they don't,Ash is a trainer,Gary is a scientist.You know...like the second openingsays:

they are just friendly friends.Not friendly rivals.

No.Gary is the last thing that has crossed my mind this season.
 
I've thought that ever since Gary was made friendly he's been a great character, so I really would love it if we were to see him again. If Ash makes it all the way to the finals I would expect for him to be at the Sinnoh League, since he has been a somewhat important character throughout DP. He won't do anything great of have a big impact, but he'll probably be there.
 
I think we might see him at the league maybe.
I don't think Gary will be the one this time to tell Ash about the next region. I think this time Kenny might be the one him or one of his league rivals like Barry or whoever beats him.
 
Gary will appear just before D/P ends, all right. But he might appear at the Sinnoh League (to watch Ash's battles) or before Ash sets off for Isshu (to battle Ash and beat him).
