Do you have a favorite Pokemon on your team?

Basically, is there a Pokemon in your current team that you favor, if only just a little bit, over the others? It can be simply because of its appearance, strength, or a combination of different things.

In my case, I think my favorite Pokemon to use in my team is my Reuniclus. It has only been on my team for about a day now, but it's already proven to be pretty useful. I like the way it looks as well. Before I caught it, I think I would've chosen my Chandelure.

My Scyther, because he's Adamant and awesome.
Yeah....he's awesome.
He owns his opponents because he is Scyther and
he's...
awesome.
Yeah...

I like Gengar, but unfortunately he isn't the best "top-tier" Pokémon for competitive battling. Whenever I'm just playing around in the game though having fun, I usually have Gengar or Alakazam (my second favorite) be in my first slot and always in my team.

As for why I like these Pokémon? Well Psychic is my favorite type, and Alakazam is just amazing with his crazy high Special Attack and Speed. Even though Gengar is ghost, he is still my favorite just because he manages to look adorable and bad-ass at the same time. Plus he has a pretty good move-set to top it off.

In Blue, I have a Raichu on my team. I think it's pretty obvious why he's my favorite. =P I also really like my Venusaur and Rhydon that are also on that team.

Liepard.

He is a beast that tears apart teams like bubble wrap.

And Afro bull which is also a beast.

Fattypede, my Scolipede. Fast and can open up a can of whoopass with X-Scissor, Megahorn, Toxic and Sludge Bomb. And of course, Stormrider, my Zebstrika. Awesome looking, fast as fuck and hits like a truck.

Lilligant. She's a beast with Quiver Dance, Petal Dance and the Own Tempo ability.

Darkrai being my current favorite Pokemon, I took my star Darkrai Aku to the Pokemon league all alone, with his hubby partner Esper the Mewtwo as backup. Aku only needed help against Marshal. >( He is a beast he is. Not bad for a moveset of only Dark-Void/Nasty-Plot/Dark-Pulse/Sucker-Punch.

I'd say my Scrafty is my most favored 'mon, or used to be, with her epic typing & defenses, she's impossible to defeat. But after raising a Modest Larvesta all the way to lv. 59, my Volcarna has stolen Scrafty's place as my most favored =P My Whimsicott is competing with Scrafty for 2nd place; it's too fun to Prankster abuse Leech Seed & Cotton Guard XD

I usually try to use all my Pokemon the same amount.

But on my competitive teams, I often favor Sharpedo and Huntail.

Krookodile since as a Sandile he's just cute, then he becomes totally boss, and then tops it as a badass killer.

Also, Pachirisu for reasons unknown.

My Golurk, Riser. Love the way the big guy looks and "he" is the first Gen V 'mon that I actively EV trained; he hit level 60 well before the rest of my crew. (He's now at 64 and his Attack is pretty awesome.) I admit it--I spoil him completely rotten. He's saved my tail on more than one occasion, single-handedly took out the E4, N and had Ghetsis on the freaking ropes. Stupid crit hits.... I cannot sing his praises enough because he's been a huge help to my team. He's always with me and always will be. If anyone is going to hit 100, it'll be him.

This chick definitely digs her giant robot. :crush:

It's a tie between my Samurott and Sawk. Samurott's got a ton of options (Ice Beam, Surf, X-Scissor, and Revenge - that's right Waruvial, I have FOUR ways to kill you), prompting me to refer to it as my Swiss Army knife. There's a move for every situation.
Sawk, meanwhile, is sort of the opposite - it only has two different types of moves (Stone Edge being its sole non-fighting move), but its ability lets it shine: Close Combat takes care of things that I can just power through, and makes it easier for Sturdy to kick in; both Counter and Reversal allow me to exploit its mediocre defenses. It only has one real trick, but it can make it work multiple ways.

My Galvantula from Japanese Black. When I got out of Chargestone cave the first thing visible in the city was the plane. Fucking sweet it's definitely a Flying-type Gym in this city and my top battlers were Sawk and Servine. So without even healing at the Pokecenter I went back to the cave and caught a male Joltik with Unnerve. I wanted to use it to beat the trainers at the Gym and preserve the rest of the team for the leader. It swept everyone at the gym by itself and then massacred whole Skyla's team. Now Lijep is a lv.100 Galvantula and after I transefered it to my English Black he's a valuable member of my team.
