I have nothing to offer in return as I have just started my game and want to EV raise early

I'm sorry to say but I doubt anyone's going to be interested. It's a lot of work to get the BP's for those items and with nothing to trade really...

If you want to EV raise early, you could always have a look around the shops. I think there are a few shops who offer EV training services.
