Do you like crocs

They're not the most fashionable thing in the world but they're convenient when it's warm as hell outside and i need a pair of sandals that are quick and easy to put on. I also have a bit a soft spot for tacky fashion so take my words with a grain of salt lol.

I can't form an opinion on them solely because I don't think I could even hazily recall a time in my life where I've equipped that footwear.

I feel obligated to reply to this thread because of my username.

Ironically, I do not like crocs. They just aren’t my aesthetic.

I voted no, I normally despise crocs, but there is a special exception, I like the strawberry crocs. Not dying to own a pair though.

If you had asked me this question at any point in my life other than the last couple of years, I would have told you I absolutely despised them, thought they were the ugliest things on Earth, and would never wear them.

But, for my birthday last year, my friend bought me a sparkly green platform pair (it was during the time that Charli XCX's Brat green was omnipresent, lol) customised with Pokémon charms, specifically of mons that she knew I liked. Listen, I know they must sound hideous from that description, but the effort she went into really meant a lot to me, so I started wearing them around the house, and... yeah, life-changing. They're so comfortable.

After that, I bought myself a pair of black ones with metal spikes and the same metal plate you find on the front of a pair of New Rocks to wear to work, since I'm on my feet for typically 8+ hours a day and was tired of my feet feeling like they were about to drop off when I got home. Now, they're pretty much my default shoe, aside from my actual New Rocks. They're just so convenient and comfortable, truly the only shoes I've ever been able to get through a full work day on my feet painlessly wearing. Plus, the fact that they're a little customised means they fit the rest of my fashion sense and don't look like an afterthought.

Crocs are nice and comfy. c: I usually just wear them during the summer since they're easy to throw on and do chores in.

Fun fact: My bestie was so vehemently opposed to Crocs when I met them. I jokingly convinced them to buy a pair and years later they own more Crocs then I do lolll.
