Do you think Ash's Pikachu should evolve??

ooh good question.

raichu has its charms but nothing beats the cuteness of pikachu.

Also, a vital part of Ash's pikachu's character is his own identity as a pikachu. to make him evolve would be like turning a dog into a cat without asking the dog if he wanted to.
