Cheating and hacking has always been a rather touchy subject in the fandom of Pokémon, there are some people who are against it completely, even if the Pokémon has realistic stats and attacks, some people are against only things like WonderGuard Spiritomb, and some people just accept it in every form.
So, I want to know, lets say someone had something like the PokéSav, and they made a:
Bulbasaur level 1. It has the stats it would have been born with if it had been hatched and not hacked, it doesn't have any moves Bulbasaur can't hatch with, it's not a shiny, nor does it have PokéRus or any ribbons, it is male.
Do you think thats wrong, even though the Pokémon could be gotten in normal gameplay? Lets just say, this person hacks the Bulbasaur because they cannot use the GTS, nor do any of their friends have a Bulbasaur, and all they have is Pokémon Diamond (no Ruby/Sapphire/FireRed/LeafGreen/Emerald/Colosseum/XD:Gale of Darkness), so capturing/seeing every Pokémon is hard.
Is it wrong, in your opinion, to hack a Pokémon, if it has no unfair advantage?
And by unfair advantage I mean hacked to know moves it cannot learn normally, or hacked to be shiny, or hacked to have PokéRus, or hacked to have many Ribbons.
I'm asking is it wrong to hack a Pokémon which has no unfair advantage, or is it still wrong? And if so, why is it wrong in your opinion?
Don't whine about how the poll only has two options. Your answer is ether "Yes" or "No". I don't care if you "Don't know/Don't care", because I don't want to know. All I want to know is what the majority of people prefer in this situation.
