Do you think Jessie will get at least one win in the GF?

Jessie getting into the GF is nice and all, but if they're just going to have her lose really quickly or her first match, it won't feel that special for her.

However we know:

- Jessie won't be beating Nando, as seen in the preview

- Jessie won't be beating Zoey, obviously

- Jessie won't be beating Dawn, again obviously


The only characters Jessie could theoretically beat are Kenny or Ursula, but the preview makes it seem like Dawn/Ursula will definitely be having a battle.

Do you think Jessie will get at least one battle win? Or will she be defeated immediately right at the start?

I really want her to get at least one win :< I was hoping it'd be Urara, but that's looking unlikely. Right now I'd say she probably won't get a single win, but it wasn't too long ago that I was 100% certain she wouldn't even get into the GF!

I think she will have one win, and then lose. If she gets really far, she would be a really strong rival next gen (if there are contests). I wouldn't be very surprised if she loses in the appeal round already... Hope not.

This, sadly. But I'm pretty sure she will pass the appeal rounds. But I guess she will be defeated in first battle round. I hope she will do better in next GF.

I disagree. I think no matter what something special will happen with her. She's had her own arc that I think will get a nice resolution.

This. Tomioka didn't "allow" her to get in the GF just to make her lose right away. But no matter what, her appearance in the GF won't be in vain ;D

I'm not sure we'll even get that. Her appeal in DP171 was the first time she's done a "real" appeal. I think her odd appeal days may be over.

You're probably right. Another real appeal will show even more development on her part, so I won't be complaining.

Especially as it will prevent her from doing something crazy like at the Mikuri Cup.

However, I think the best we can hope for is that she will beat Kenny, or at least one person.

I too say that Musalina has a pretty good chance at beating Kengo, and some random trainer(s) too.

I say she will definitely past the appeal round, or it'd make her being in the GF almost a waste...

As long as she does kick-ass in the prelims and appeals, I'd be happy.

Right now, I don't see her winning against any of the main characters. Not even Kenny (I mean, two losses to Jessie? Are the writers allowed to do that? XD). And, as much as I'd love to see her win the whole thing, with Dawn's togekiss and the other coordinator's pokemon, she has a bit of catching up to do in the battle department.

I would like to see Jessie win a battle. I was hoping to see her beat Ursula but it diesn't look likely now. But seeing her beat Kenny would be enjoyable
I'm really hoping the writers don't make her mess up in the appeals. That would be (IMO) a step back for her character and a complete waste.

Rather see Jessie then some still-in characters we'll never see again.
