Do you think that Snivy's past trainer will show up now?

Over the span of BW many never expected to see Tepig's old trainer, simply because after BW4 he didn't show up till 75 episodes later. However now that that's happened, do you think we'll see Snivy's old trainer as well?

Unlike Tepig, Snivy itself seems to have abandoned its former trainer. I would like to see exactly why Snivy left its former master. It would make a good episode.

It's a possibility now knowing that Pignite's former trainer showed up. I hope it does happen myself.

I hope it'll happen, maybe with a similar case to Tepig's recent ep where it'll evolve and learn Grass Pledge (and if that happens, there should be some Oshawott ep where it gets evolution + Water Pledge too, though it doesn't have the "original trainer" thing)

I don't think they'll show up. The writers probably either probably forgot about that, or they just never thought about bringing it up.

Snivy's past trainer? Did she even have a trainer or could we just accept that most Pokemon are wild and can take care of themselves?

If I recall, Iris was just guessing it abandoned it's trainer, we didn't have actual confirmation like with Ash's Tepig when Don George stated it. So I highly doubt we'll see them, if they even exist.

They did repeat in the recent Tepig ep the fact that, just like Tepig, Snivy also had a different trainer before it was caught by Ash (they say something like it's the reason Snivy got all excited about Tepig's case)

I still wonder if perhaps that was meant to foreshadow a Team Plasma-related plot that, due to the Earthquake, might never be touched upon. I remember a lot of people speculating on that, perhaps that Snivy was motivated to leave its trainer due to Team Plasma.

Definitely, I'd love to see more insight into the past of BW's best Pokemon. I just hope her original trainer hasn't improved to the point that she contemplates leaving Ash to return to him/her, but I'm sure that won't happen. Maybe she could pretend to do so anyway just to put Ash on his toes.

Why should they? Why should Snivy have to see or battle against a trainer that didn't meet her expectations?

I wouldn't mind it, and I'd even enjoy it, but it'd be repetitive to have two Pokemons' pasts brought up long after their capture like that. With the Pokabu episode I think it was great because no one expected it, but if it happened with Tsutarja, too, it has potential to be too similar. I also thought about the possibility that Tsutarja was the one that left her trainer for whatever reason, so that'd be a new take on it. But even then I feel as though the episodes might be too much alike. I'm okay with her past being left mysterious. She even seems like the type that would choose not to acknowledge her old trainer if they ever did come in contact again.

Oh, I'd love for that to happen! Snivy is my favorite out of Ash's pokémon, and I'll never say no to some development for her.

As she would appear to be the one that actually abandoned her trainer it could surely make for a rather unique and interesting episode. Maybe this time, he would be the one to challenge Ash to a battle in order to prove for Snivy that he actually wasn't so worthless that she thought he was, or maybe show of much he had grown? I could actually see that happening, haha. original as hell.

I really don't think it's necessary for Tsutarja's development. Half of Pokabu's personality was his inadequacy issues - he sought to please Satoshi and could not handle losing, fearing that Satoshi would abandon him like Suwama had in the past. Obviously that was resolved by Pokabu realizing he can trust Satoshi and proving his worth. But Tsutarja's situation is different. I think her character development is more likely to arise from her being forced to realize that she's not quite as emotionally strong as she thinks she is and needs to rely on her friends sometimes. Her past trainer, if any, would be inconsequential as her personality doesn't call for their return.

You man if she had one? In any case, no Suwama showing up is enough for me.

I would like Tsutarja's past trainer to show up, I think it would be great for Tsutarja as a character and the more we see of her, the better. She's a standout for me in Best Wishes and she's really due for a focus episode. I think abandoning her past trainer is something really original and could really be a great storyline.

I hope that she did abandon a trainer and they show up, because I think a starter abandoning the trainer is quite a harsh blow and I wonder how the writers would write that.

In the way of storyline, I think the trainer would simply give up on their journey and feel worthless. Tsutarja has already seen what abandonment does to someone (Pokabu) so maybe she'll see that she was wrong to abandon the trainer. Her time with Satoshi, Pokabu and other Pokémon could show that she was wrong to do that/there's other things than winning/strength with a trainer.

Edit: Thinking about it, while this is a stretch, Tsutarja being so concerned about Pokabu could have partly been to do with her wondering about the effect she had on her trainer when she abandoned him. If she did abandon someone, surely she thinks about them sometimes? A bit of guilt from seeing Pokabu would make for a good story in my opinion.

I soooooooo hope that doesn't happen, I think that after seeing Grass+Water Pledge combo he'll move tutor it somehow with someone like Wilma. Will snivy's trainer show up? I don't think so, after Tepig ep I don't think that it's feasible for it to happen twice.
