At the rate that Best Wishes is going, Ash will probably compete in the Pokemon League by BW130. So, do you think there will be a filler arc following the Unova arc, and if so, what do you think it will be?

I think that it'll either be Team Twerps going through the rest of Unova, or something to tie in with eventual RS remakes (for example, going to Hoenn and battling Sinnoh/Johto Frontier Brains or something).
 
I want one to see some old pokemons since I think only Isshu pokemons are being used in this region, I'm not sure if there will be one or not it all depends on how soon Gamefreak will want to release the 6gen 3DS might need it soon.

Yeah something has to air after BW. As you said the rate of the gyms is ridiculous, and we could easily be seeing the league done by September 2012. Just what, and how is a completely different question.
 
Considering we are done with the 4th gym by episode 53, I think there will be. I don't see it taking too terribly long to get to the next gym battle. I can see the League happening late next year, as for what's after that...they'll have to put something in Eastern Unova if they want to keep the same cast for another 2 years.
 
I want a filler arc to! the transition from Sinnoh to Unova was poorly done!
We all think Ash will get to the final this time(UL)! so I hope they make a quick trip through Kanto with Ash challenging all gyms again and becoming the champion of his Home region!!

This is pulled over the edge! So i Hope "they" give us a decent plot line in the THIRD game which can be followed through a filler season!
 
I can see Eastern Unova becoming a secondary arc after the league. This is what they should have done back in Johto.
 
As others have said I think we'll see East Unova used as a secondary arc. And Maybe see the Champion League later as well.
 
Ash is a nice guy. He helps every random person with a problem that he runs into. There's a whole bunch of people waiting for him.
 
I don't see any other way Ash's old pokemon can appear unless its a filler (like battle frontier) so I am hoping there is one.
 
Since they kind of followed the Original Series a little, I think it might. But then again, I thought Ash, Brock and Dawn would go to Johto after Sinnoh while ash did a Frontier and Dawn did contests.. I doesn't matter to me really. If they do, it'll be so they don't rush gen 6 and give us rubbish.
 
I think it's possible Ash will compete in the Champion League in a filler arc where he trains and battles the Elite 4 after winning the Unova League.

If not that, then there could be some sort of additional league Ash participates in where he can utilize his older Pokémon; it would tie in with the games when Pokémon from other regions start appearing in Unova.
 
Its gonna happen, folks and be prepared. I just can't see this saga going only Unova for all those 170 episodes. IT WOULD BE FILLERMANIA!! Cilan and Iris can't split screentime for 170 eppys in one region.
 
I would really love another post season arc, like in another battle frontier or in the champion league. But honestly...I'm not really that optimistic about getting one. Not after DP went out of its way to make sure the saga lasted for the entire 3 years, and not after the writers have given Ash so many more pokemon this series. The pace was really fast for the first part, but now things have slowed down a whole lot, and we have no idea how the rest will go. for all we know, it could be 20 episode gaps between every gym from here on out. I am definitly crossing my fingers and hoping for a post-league saga, but I'm not going to bet anything on it
 
I hope not. Filler arcs don't seem to do anything but helps Ash's Pokemon. But for the people who thought that BF was a filler arc was wrong, Because both Ash and May got shit done.

If Dawn appears at all in won't be for any more than 3-4 episodes.

A filler arc won't include Dawn beyond that. I think a filler will be in Eastern Unova.
