Does anyone have a list of who calls you about rare Pokémon in Crystal?

I know the Pokémaniac Brent at Route 43 calls, he's the one that made me find Raikou. Is there anyone else? Do the people who call you about Mass Outbreaks also help with the roamers? Or is Brent the only one they put in Crystal because people were whining about how hard it is in G&S?
 
Yeah, looked, doesn't say anything. Only Brent called me about it again, though I couldn't find Entei this time. Oh well, I gave up.
