Hey, thought this could also be opened up with other people's requests. I need raikou as my luxray is pretty weak in comparison.
the rarest pokemon i have to offer are:
luxray (with ice fang attack)
all 7 eevee evolutions
giratina
heatran
uxie
mesprit
azelf
cresselia
palkia
skarmory
rotom
ditto
