I may be wrong, but there used to be old Pokedex cards that weren't actually used for battling, but were just collectibles. They might be those, but I'm not sure.

I think they are just collectibles with Pokedex description, picture, and other stuff.

Those are definitely cards that feature the Red and Green Sugimori art. And no I don't mean the art we got. We got the Blue and Yellow art. That art... is rare.
