Does anyone know which episode this is...?

I watched an episode from the Diamond and Pearl series (not sure what season) where Team Rocket were in their Magikarp Submarine and they were talking about stealing jewels or something, but they said a funny line that went something like "And there will be Gold and Silver. Crystals, Rubies, Sapphires and Emeralds too! Don't forget Diamonds, Pearls and Platinum, it's all just Black and White."

So does anyone have an idea of which episode this is? It's been annoying me for a while know and even though I've looked at the articles on Bulbapedia, I still can't find it. If someone could help that would be great!
