Does anyone want Foxkids back?

Does anyone remember watching Foxkids as their childhood it had all the cool shows and it would of been more awesome if it had Pokemon but I still remember watching Power rangers and Digimon back then and they had awesome promo's and that's what I call a real cartoon station. So do you want Foxkids back?
 
That was the generation to be a kid growing up watching TV. Every show was different, varied as far as I recalled; all quality, and all the networks competed pretty heavily. I loved the different blocks they offered, and the themes they ran together. They even offered crossovers, while horrendously cheesy (Power Rangers-Turtles Crossover?!), still added a flare and uniqueness to the Saturday lineup. Now today it's like no one tries.

Very sadly, I don't think resurgence (for Fox at least) is ever going to be a reality. Saturday Morning cartoons have been in steady decline for a while and the 90s really were a golden era for Broadcast cartoons. Could I be looking at this through a rose tinted mirror? Sure, but when you look at the line up of today's offerings, they're really pitiful and lacking in any structure or cohesion.

And Fox dropped all kid licensed lineups, I don't think they're interested in returning to that brand. Not for a good long while so long as kids have the internet.
 
I used to watch a lot of Digimon on FOX Kids back in the day. I still get that "Beat the heat with the digi beat (ALL SUMMER!)" commercial stuck in my head sometimes, lol. :lol:

I miss the old CN.
Toon Disney had great stuff.
Fox Kids > Fox Box / 4Kids TV
 
I miss Digimon :( That was pretty much all I watched on Fox Kids way back in the day, so yes, if they brought back old school digimon then I'd definitely want Fox Kids back :D
 
FoxKids and 4Kids for the win. I can't stand Pokemon USA.

This is so true, and I remember that commercial!

I'd love to watch FOX Kids again, it brings back so many memories. All of them good.
 
I loved the afterschool blocks the most. I used to run home getting off the bus and catch the tail end of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers :'D

I was sorely disappointed they got rid of them, but really, it was at a time I had no time for them anyway so it wasn't completely missed.
 
What got me hooked on Fox Kids was the Godzilla animated series. Everything else was icing on the cake; Godzilla was the main course. It pains me that, to this day, there hasn't been a full DVD release. I'll admit that my memories are probably pretty rose-tinted, but it really was a well-done show with interesting plots and good animation.
 
Not really. I just want the first series of Digimon to be released on DVD (preferably sub and dub, but even if it was just the dub I would buy it...don't give me that look, it's for sentimental purposes)

Now if they would bring Toonami back, THAT would be sweet.
 
The Latinamerican Fox Kids channel... mmm... it aired Shaman King and Digimon, that I remember. And the Power Rangers, too, many of those.

...and I do want it back. Did your Fox Kids also transition into Jetix and then Disney XD, or is it just our case?
