acctualy is there any info on him other then the fact that he stands at the entrence to each gym telling chalangers how to exploit the weakness of a gym leaders type?


P.S. any idea why they changed it to "Yo! Champ to be!" in D&P
 
He probably just got bored (Why he changed up what he says), in future games, he should charge you 100 poke-yen a month and call himself a life coach.

and he SHOULD be a life coach. And after a certain number of losses, he gives up on you and says
"you suck at life"

Except some like Bug > Dark and Psychic > Poison, too. Just balancing the metagame, I guess.

I don't think that "Tip Giver" is a single person. Look, imagine you're staying in Lilycove City. Enter the Gym. He says "You made it!". Now exit the Gym and fly to Fortree. Now he is there and says "You achieved the liftoff!". I think there are a many persons like that, one employed in each Gym. They just look similar, just like Nurses Joy or Officer Jennys.

also, in the old games he says "champ in making"...not "in THE making".. (lol engrish)
