First, thanks darklordtrombonator for getting rid of my old -pedia account.

However, I have a question. I have not received the confirmation email as of yet. Because I signed up originally, although I had a different username, during the whole sign-up-blocked time, does the email server at bulbagarden have my IP blocked? Or is it that somehow, my emails (aol and comcast) do not show these emails? I know that I have been bothering all you about this for a while now, but I want to help out. Thank you so much!

What's the new account name?
Your IP shouldn't be blocked or anything, but I can run a check just to be sure. Either way, that shouldn't affect your confirmation e-mail.

If you're currently unconfirmed, you should have an option somewhere in your preferences to re-send the email as well; check that maybe.

You typo'd the email, perhaps?

No... just double-checked. :(

Thanks! It's hurristat493.

Yeah, I can see the e-mail you've set, but it says you've not authenticated it; seems it has sent an e-mail, but it hasn't arrived for you.

I'd start by checking your spam folder(s) to see if it got marked as spam. If that fails, try adding to your contacts; that should be the address that sends the confirmation.

Aside from that, I can't imagine why it doesn't work; if you've got a Hotmail or Yahoo or Gmail account lying around, I'd switch to that one just to see if it works there.
