This Guys Great. He's The Standard Choice Band Set, With Thunder Punch Over Shadow Claw, And Life Orb Over Choice Band, So He Won't Need To Switch. He Outspeeds So Much Of NU, With His Base 100 Speed (Even I Was Suprised),Jolly Nature, And And The Speed Ev's, Then Sweeps With His HUGE 160 BAse Power, And The Attack Ev's. He Rips Through Some Teams, Easily, By Himself.

gastro acid is sooooo predictable, and everyone carries taunt on a lead for that reason.

Also, sunny day doesnt help your tem out too much, so its a waste of an item and a move on victreebell.

I think Armaldo is outclassed by sandslash, and its too slow to use SD and sweep. Use either knock off, or switch it to sandslash and use toxic.

Sharpedo won't be liking it one bit, Surf/Hydro pump and Aqua Jet will be crippled, and since you send it out with Charizard, theres an Imbalance. Charizard only has one fire type move anyway, and he already has a life orb.
 
Eliminating Sharpedo should be the first thing on your list of issues to fix. I believe you might want to replace it with a tank Pokemon like Hariyama for more devastation and a much larger survival rate, you could also try Sunny Day Sweeper Exeggutor (high Base Spa + Chloro = deadly combo). The Pokemon I'd recommend the most actually would be Ninetales or Rapidash, using it to lure Fire moves onto your grass-types - switching in Rapidash for free benefits from its Flash Fire ability (an essential to most Sunny Day teams).

I think it's fine to get a more accurate move on Charizard such as Flamethrower due to the boost produced by Sunny Day and Life Orb already.

You might also want to acknowledge that Cherrim has a unique ability known as "Flower Gift", which boosts SpD and Attk. Sunny Day boosts will remove it's SpD boost when an incoming Fire-type move comes in. Removing Grasswhistle (your sleep move with extremely terrible accuracy), is greatly recommended. Replacing with something like Protect, to check if enemies are slinging in Fire moves is much more useful - and could help you loads if you had a Ninetales or Rapidash to get Flash Fire benefit with.

Gastro Acid on Victreebel is really predictable and silly to use that technique, as you'll never know what quicker Pokemon will aim for the poorly defenced squiggle. If Victreebel is KO'd, there will be no Sunny Day at the beginning of the game to utilize. Also, if Victreebel attempts Sleep Powder or Sunny Day first - Slaking will have to suffer from Truant. Victreebel is neither quick enough or bulky enough to lead, I might recommend Gloom's evolutions to replace it?

The main reason why people use Slaking is because it is a "Hit-and-Run" Pokemon, slamming a hit on its first turn then switching to a Pokemon that can wall the enemies attacks on the next. With Gastro Acid, this is unneeded, and switching will only remove the nice effects. I recommend replacing Fire Punch with Shadow Claw, for then every move Slaking knows can now hit for neutral damage. The standing point I see threatening is the possibility of Slaking getting burned in the Fire-type filled NU Metagame.

2. He is trying to get rid of truant, due to switching as much being less practicle in doubles
3. I like sharpedo, but the problem with sunny day on victreebell is that say you get off your strategy off flawlessly. After one leaf storm you have to switch out. Victree bell cant abuse it well enough. as such its a waste of a moveslot, so something else might be better (sludge bomb / sleep powder)

Due to the possibility they could faint, if Sharpedo has to come in too early - you'll really mess up.
 
Ok, I Added Solar Beam On Zard, Cause I Found Alot Of Rock/Water Types Switching In On Him, And It Wouldnt Have To Charge In The Sun. I Stopped Sending In Sharpedo With Him, And Sent Sharpedo And Armaldo In Together Instead.
