Download .htm videos

We can all download from youtube and other sites but if there is a video on a website ending in .htm loads of the regular downloaders wont do it.

So how can I download a video in .htm format?

Um, videos don't come in .htm. .htm is an extension for a webpage.

If a video is on a webpage that ends in .htm how can I download it? There is a website that puts up videos then takes them down after 1 week, the site ends in .htm

When I went to keep vids it said it can't do websites that end in .htm
