The server will be taken offline sometime within the next 48 hours for a hardware upgrade (previously mentioned). It should not take very long, however, something unexpected just might turn up.
 
The upgrade was completed and the server now has 2GB of RAM. Hopefully that will make things less sluggish.
 
OMG Archaic, you mean you're not on the board 24/7?
