An Aerodactyl goes on a rampage. Gary would probably be the best person to get on this one but he won't turn up so Hikari's Pokémon and other fossil Pokémon are doing most of the battling in the preview.

Yay for random Aerodactyl? o.o It hasn't been seen since that Chronicles ep, so that's good.

Wow, that new Shinou Pokemon is goddamn ugly by that pic above alone. What an ugly prehistoric Pokemon. Its face looks like a 5 year olds drawing of a dinosaur.

I'm very happy to see Aerodactyl, Kabutops and Armaldo get another episode.

I hope Cradily is in it too, that thing has barely done anything in the show.

Hope this ones turns out to be somewaht good.

The show has been awesome for the last 4 1/2 years now, I'm sure this episode will be good too. The only bad D/P episode so far was the Naetle capture ep, and the Poketch ep was mehish, but otherwise D/P has the same quality of writing we've had since AG started. I don't doubt this will be another good one, especially judging by the action-packed preview.

I guess this episode is also proof we won't be seeing Gary in D/P. An episode all about fossil Pokemon would have been the perfect one to finally have him show up again, especially since its been 17 episodes since the last AG ep, but he's absent. I was skeptic if Gary would show up at all since they left him out of the D/P opening, but when you have an episode like this that is basically an open-invitation for him to return and he's not here, I guess that settles it. The people who said Gary returning was only for nostalgia's sake were probably right.

Would this episode count as a filler?

Anyway, regardless of the lame animation (And mentally-ill looking Rampard) it looks like an enjoyable diversion.

This ep looks mehish. It's nice to see alot of the fossils, it would be nicer not to look at Rampard though just cause it hurts my eyes. Nice to see TR having a plan that actually ends up working, atleast the making pokemon worked.

Rampard...is starting to grow on me, lol. I kinda like how it looks.

Nice that the TR plot was built up in 15 and 16, so it wasn't out of the blue.

I'm sure we will be seeing Gary again sometime in D/P maybe they are waiting to have him show up. In some sort of special episode or maybe when team galaxy is introduced or something.

We're up to D/P 19 and there are no signs of Team Galaxy anywhere, and their two star Pokemon are in the 10th movie.

What is there left for them to do?

Isn't their first appearance after the first Gym in the games?

I like the build-up more because Team Rocket were doing something a little more worthwhile while the Gym Battles were going on. I wonder what they will do for the rematch.

Perhaps a Tatetops is brought back and Brock catches it. It would be good to see him finally get a fossil Pokemon.

Tatetops isn't in this episode. Whatever Brock gets that isn't Greggle is apparently doomed to never be seen for long stretches of time, so I'd rather not.

Remember that previews don't show everything... the Omastar in the DP16 preview isn't in this one.

There's probably too much going on in this episode to show the other fossil Pokemon. Between Hyouta's Pokemon evolving and all the Aerodactyl focus, it would be better for the other Shinou fossil Pokemon to be saved for another episode rather than rushing them in here.

I'd rather they get their own filler later on.

Actually, I think Rampard looks pretty awesome in a goofy sort of way. At least it's clearer what it's body is like. It's hard to tell if it even had eyes from its sprite.

I don't think you have to worry about filler. Hyouta's dad focuses on the other Shinou fossil Pokemon.

At first I thought that Rampard was drawn wrong. I still think it looks funky, but the preview has made me want a Rampard plushie. Unfortunately, I doubt such a thing exists yet. But when it does, I will pay nearly anything to have one.
As far as the episode goes, it looks like it's an odd filler from TR's point of view. Gah. Needs more Cradily.

I actually love that Team Rocket is becoming the villain team that I watched in Kanto...they were completely idiots in Hoenn and watching now the plan of reviving ancient pokemons, that's freaking awesome.
