I saw one pic on 2chan of a bunch of Combee in a formation, and it looked okay.

The CGI looked a lot better than the "normal"-anime CGI, which is a good thing. cel shading I think?

The animation looks quiet fluent, but the characters look a little bit off if you ask me. Looks like the new director is still able to create a cool and even a bit darker atmosphere than normal. Which is a good thing.

The episode itself looks interesting. Combee is a very cute yet strange pokemon as it seems like it can fuse with other combees. Very cool ^^

And we get to see more gender differences in this episode as well, nice.

This was a nice filler episode. Some old Kanto bgm was playing in the first few minutes of the episode. It was nice to hear it again. The CGI looked well done. Pachirisu's kiss attack was still done with the "regular" CGI, though.

I personally liked the shadow in this scene:

We can narrow down its nature to Brave, Relaxed, Quiet, or Sassy!
