- The Rocket-Dan's motto music is playing during the preview.

- We see the Rocket-Dan in a booth at some fair-type event.

- Satoshi and Pikachu are seen trying to get across some rolling log-type thing.

- And now there's a duo of characters who seem to be wearing some uniform...?

- Hikari tries to go across the same rolling log, as does Takeshi and Pinpuku.

- Musashi and Kojirou cut what appears to be a tight rope, causing Satoshi-tachi to fall.

- The two new characters laugh. Musashi and Kojirou look pissed.

If they turn out to be Sinnoh's incredibly late answer to Ken and Mary, then I say here that I called it.

Although part of me wants them to be Galactics if only because we haven't gotten a new Evil Team member since I think Brodie (Yusuke doesn't count 'cause he wasn't a Rocket any more).

A lot of those obstacles sort of screamed "Takeshi's Castle" to me. That combined with the mini-description we have of the episode already, makes me curious...

That would potentially be hilarious, actually.

Screenshots! Those two new characters really do seem like another Pokémon Mystery Club.

Well, I was wrong.

TV-Tokyo posted up preview summary.

Rough Translation:
Satoshi and friends find out that Shinnoh's popular TV show Pokemon Hussle is accepting participants.
Hikari, who is a big fan of the show signs up with Satoshi and Takeshi. However, this show was actually a fake one that was created by Team Rocket.
While Team Rockets were eager to scout a good new member, it was Atsuki and Chishio who came into Team Rockets' eyes.
However, these two were hiding a secret...

The first Summary made it sound like it was going to be a Dawn-centric episode. But now its a Team Rocket episode.

Which is fine I suppose, but I was hoping for some training for Ash, Dawn or heck even Brock.

I mean if it had to be a Team Rocket episode, couldn't it be more Pokemon related rather than "I'm better than you and I'll prove it" sort of episode, which judging by the preview it looks like.

The two new characters also seem to have Pokemon, which unfortunately weren't revealed in the preview. Oh dear, no Infernape, please no. I don't want Infernape to debut in such an unpleasant manner.

The most interesting thing in the preview for me was Meowth's claws glowing. It's probably fury swipes/scratch/glowing claw attack, but I can hope for something new right.

So they're scouts for the Rocket-Dan then? Does that mean they're members like I first thought?

I messed up on translation.
Jessie and James are scouting a new members, and it seem like they would like to hire this two new characters named Atsuki and Chishio.

That made it sound like those two were scouting. I guess not.

I'm curious what this secret is. Probably not all that exciting.

Musashi and Kojiro trying to recruit these two sounds very amusing. Looks like this could be a good episode.

If I didn't know better I'd say they were Ken/Mary of the Pokemon Mystery Club. The "Team Rocket" new people have briefcases (like PMC). And the girl looks oddly like Mary.

But new guy has yellowish hair, while Ken had green, and I'm positive they probably look different in facial features as well. There's also the fact these new characters have Pokemon unlike Ken and Mary

It was interesting thought though.

If not something nostalgic, maybe they're undercover agents, and they attempt to arrest Team Rocket but they get "We're blasting off again" Or maybe they're Giovanni evaluators and by that I mean maybe the summary is wrong (not wrong just an early misinterpretation given the known facts), maybe the new Duo is evaluating Jessie/James/Meowth, and are pretending to want to join Team Rocket.

I also think that those two new character could be already Team Rocket grunts on cover. So maybe Ash and co. will have to stop them or something.

Maybe this is the episode where it finally perfects its Night Slash attack!

He said he was learning Night Slash (?) in DP 103... maybe this is it?

This episode sounds like it's going to be funny. Goodness knows why Musashi and Kojiro are scouting for new members.
