Can barely read the summary, but here goes:

Looks like Brock and James finally get to do something for once. A rarity in DP. Nice to see the two frogs battle too.

question is who does the politoed belong too or is it a wild pokemon manipulated by meowth to do thier bidding..

ironic that croagunk is going to fight the same pokemon it cosplayed as.

Hey, I've been out of town for a week, is this the first we're hearing of Oak making a comeback? Cool to see him pop up in Sinnoh at last.

EDIT: Yuuup, guess we did. But wow, Delia's here too? Damn, this really is late Johto.

This whole Twinleaf town thing sounds like another mini-arc. The previous episode has Dawn battle her mother, and now Brock Vs. James.
 
I think we're jumping to conclusions a little with the battle... we can't be sure who owns/has possession of it.

I think its amusing they jumped from the Snowpoint area back to Twinleaf town and are now spending a few eps there.

Guess the writers aren't in a rush to get to Sunyshore at all.
 
Just to be sure: by "this really is late Johto" I mean we seem to be getting a lot of focus on Johto Pokémon and recycling of plots and characters from that period of time. Not that we're standing around doing nothing forever. That's mid-Johto.

HGSS comes out about three weeks from these eps, they're obvious doing some Johto showcasing to hype up the games release.
 
I wanna know what's up with the Contest in whatever down. They were nearly there and now they've completely left the area for a few episodes? o_O

They did the same thing when they went to the Summer school arc, did they not?
 
Wouldn't that be amazing if the twerps actually missed a Contest for once? But probably not. But then why would they go aaaaaall the way to Twinleaf Town of all places?

God, DP's so freaking weird.
 
Well, this is looking to be an interesting arc. Still odd that they'd stop their journey for this.

Maybe they're going to put BF in Sinnoh AND put the good parts of Johto in Sinnoh. Maybe we won't go to Johto
 
It is kinda funny they're putting a lot of Johto pokes in eps NOW. Before this is the Elekid/Marrill filler, then we get Umbreon, Xatu, Politoed, Bellossom, etc. all in this arc.

Makes me think maybe the BF WILL be kept in Sinnoh this time...
