Oh dear. June is beginning immediately with the final gym? This could indeed mean the league is beginning sooner than I expect.
 
Hmm. How many episodes there will be in between the Gym and League? Surely the movie is between there.
 
Don't forget the yearly baseball games that tend to pre-empt the show around June.
 
That could be a factor, too. o.o Anyway, I went through other gym ep titles, and they sure love to say "Electric Shock" for an Electric Gym. Every gym of this type has had this title, including Lt. Surge. As for "Final Badge", it seems that a gym ep never says "badge" unless Ash actually gets the badge, especially in this case, where for both Kanto and Johto, they did indeed say "final badge" whenever he got the final badge. The one exception was Hoenn, which explicitly told us it would be a two parter. So this could very well be the only ep there is for Ash's battle with Volkner.
 
Yeah, I had a feeling this would be a one-parter... hopefully, Gible will be Giblicious and kick electric ass.
 
Just gotta admire the Japanese and their subtle titling.

I kid, I kid. Anyways, a month from now Ash will FINALLY get that last badge. I'm looking forward to it.

Probably 4-5 episodes cause Sinnoh League starts in July.
 
So we are not getting a Dawn-centric episode between Gym and GF.

Nor any training episodes for Ash, even though Gible is training in GF and Infernape is present in Mewoth episode.

Anyways, while it kinda feels rushed as Ash didn't train much for the gym, screw it. We are FINALLY getting the final badge and in the end of the day it is what all matters :D.
