My Quick Translation of the Summary:

1. Ash and his friends have arrived in Dawn's home town of Twinleaf. The end of their journey in the Sinnoh Region is approaching. As Ash and co. await for a ship bound for the Kanto Region, they feel a sense of regret that they will soon part ways. They try to suppress their sense of sadness. However, Piplup, unable to hold its feelings out, begins to cry. With the strong bond they have developed, Ash, Dawn, Brock and their Pokemon bring their journey to a close.

Well a friend of mine gave me this from the last episode and in my opinion this is it for Pearl after seeing that she won't follow him to kanto that means she won't do Kanto contests. Most likely after the first half of the episode we are in Masara Town so yeah. Something nice could happen but IDK I get the feeling that it is done. So anyone who wants to leave well feel free to do so , I am not forcing anyone to stay , but this thread stays open and will continue to be so let's continue with what we have here .......

How come we get a solo Brock episode but a quick send off for Dawn? That doesn't make sense =/ Bye Dawn, last episode of D/p?? What?? Fastest Generation Girl send off yet. It'd be great if what that guys been saying about Dawn staying was true. This is all just too fast for her. Guess will see...

This means that Diamond and Pearl is the shortest series yet, as it's one episode short of the Advanced Generation. I hope it's a good send off for Dawn.

So this is the last episode, and Dawn only gets one episode? mehhhh. Hopefully it will at least be a good ending for her. I guess they did need an episode for Brock to set up his new goal, but... I'd have preferred more Dawn and less Brock regardless.

Wow, I can`t believe that DP-arc ends! I dunno, when there was AG I kinda waited it to end althought I liked May and all...

I liked Dawn too~ But I`m also waiting Iris and I`m really excited! I have kinda mixed feelings...
However, it`s always sad when caharacter leaves. I remember almost crying when the last AG episode was shown in Finland... [It was Christmas Eve 2008 by the way!]

But we can still enjoy for some DP episodes until next spring/fall [I dunno when Finland will finish DP-arc..we are going to get 12th season 4th of September so..] So it`s not final goodbyes yet, at least in our country~

But still I`m gonna miss DP. It`s the best season of Pokémon to me for sure. I`m really positive about B/W too! :3

As there's going to be a Naruto Shippuden special during the week BW is release, it makes sense for them to try and squeeze in an episode before.

I imagine after a long series of flashbacks, Dawn will randomly go to travel in Hoenn, similar to May in Johto xD

I'm seriously disappointed that the ending is only 2 eps... it makes no sense at all... they need 3 eps - one for Brock, one for Dawn and final one where everyone do a last battle together and then go their separate ways
Meh, I hope at least this ep focus almost completely on Dawn
Also, it seems like Brock won't be in this ep so it'd be all Dawn/Ash... guess the ep will be filled with talks and flashbacks of the two, thanking each other for all the help, support, great memories and good friendship that they gave to each other
Actually, I'd really like an ep like this... I just wish we could get a little more and set up Dawn's departure nicely but... oh well, can't do anything about it
They really should've made both Paul and LT battles 3 eps together (one and half each) rather than Paul 2 and half and LT one and half like it's probably going to be... whateverrrr, I'll just stfu and try to enjoy it all from now on

How was May going to Johto "random"? She got a whole set up ep where she learned all her rivals are going there, since then she was shown to be really depressed and lost not sure what to do and eventually decided to go after her rivals and travel alone since it's better for her this way
May's departure wasn't random at all... she got a whole set up ep and then the final gave her one ep and a half

Same thing could happen. Kenny was seen training with Jasmine anyway, so he could go back with her, and Zoey could go to Johto too. Ursula might, but no one cares about her. May's rival going to Johto wasn't exactly stated from the start, it was only said during the episode where she decided to, if memory serves me well

finally I don't have to put up with DP mistake (screentime issues are what I mean)

sorry but one thing I like to see done well is screen time though DP had it good moment it it also had it bad moment.

though this episode win if this title is the actual episode title they just had to put to game names in didn't

No, it was said during the final Drew/Harley ep, they clearly said Solidad go to Johto and they're doing the same...
So no, the same can't happen with Dawn... if they'll try to do something like this, it'd be REALLY rushed, nothing like how they did it with May
