Is anybody else excited for the upcoming DQ games?
I think there has been some new pics that surfaced for Dragon Quest Heros (Its really shaping up to be a lot more than Kenshin) and Dragon Quest Monster Road also seems intresting with the cards..

However, the biggest news seems to be the online co-op inabled, Dragon Quest IX for the DS!! This is crazy news and it has me jumping off of walls.

Then Dragon Quest Monsters Joker comes out in japan in a few weeks, I'm all DQ'd up!

So anyone else's reactions?...:bheart:
 
I love DQ, since the NES days, when I was three and started playing, not being able to understand a few of the bigger words, but I was an early reader. I can't wait for the new games, and Level-5 is a great company!
 
I feel a little odd that it's going to be on the DS (mainly because of the M3 thing :x) though that won't stop me from pre-ordering and importing it.

I guess I like it a lot because I find it to be increadibly charming and I really like the enemy and character designs. Also the music is very good and memorable to me, like pokemon. Actually I get a very Pokemony feel for the games... though I have weird favorite series...with Fire Emblem, Pokemon, and Dragon Quest going beyond likeing the gameplay (which is odd, now that I think of it)
