So who here, besides me, likes these?

Personally, I love them, especially the songs used in these episodes: "A Scare To Remember", "Do I Hear A Ralts", and "Gotta Catch Ya Later". Those episodes had very good songs in my opinion.

The songs they've added to the Battle Frontier episodes are okay too. I just like the other 3 songs more, lol. ^^

If they have a full version of "A Scare To Remember", I would love to hear it. That's a very beautiful song, in my opinion. I love it. :)

Also, a question for anyone who has downloaded the 10th Anniversary soundtrack from iTunes:

Are any of the "dub added vocal songs" included on that 10th Anniversary soundtrack?

It would be cool if they were, and they actually had full versions of those songs.

Sadly nope, all it has is:

First Pokemon Theme
PokeRap
Pokemon World
2BA Master
Together Forever
Double Trouble
Pokemon Jouto
PokeRap GS
Born to Be A Winner
I want to be a Hero
Battle Frontier [a few extended seconds of the new dub theme]
Stay Together [From where May Travels through Time]
Go Pokemon Go [From The Mastermind Special]

I love the Ralts and Time Warp ones. The others have been pretty 'meh.'

Woah, that's odd. O.O

So apparently, the 10th Anniversary soundtrack has one dub added song, and it's the song from the time warp episode......

That's very interesting, especially if they have a full version of that song (longer than what they played in the episode).

Although, I wish they could've put the other songs on the soundtrack as well, especially the one from "A Scare To Remember" and "Do I Hear A Ralts" (those two songs are my favorites).

Actually, the answer to my question would've been yes, since the soundtrack has that song. ^^

That song is one of the "dub added" songs I was talking about, lol. XD

Wait, we ARE talking about those songs used in recent dub episodes, right? If so, no, haven't heard them (ok, I heard the song from Gotta Catch you Later, but I can't remember what it was like (and it was dubbed into norwegian as well)), but I did like the songs used in the older episodes, like The Time has Come and Together Forever.

Yes, we're talking about those songs.

So you haven't seen the Advanced Challenge episode "A Scare To Remember" or the Advanced Battle episode "Do I Hear A Ralts"? Oh, okay.

I've seen them in their original japanese format, but not dubbed, in neither norwegian nor english. Am I missing some great songs here?

You sure are!! ^_^

There's a great song called You Can't Remember in "A Scare To Remember", and it's so beautiful and sweet. In my opinion, it perfectly captures that flashback scene in the dub verson.

And in "Do I Hear A Ralts", while Max is carrying Ralts to the Pokemon Center, there is a very good song. I don't know what it's called, but it's something like "Read My Mind".

And by the way, if you want to listen to the song from "A Scare To Remember", Trainer Rachel uploaded it here:

Although, I don't know how you feel about listening to the song without seeing the dubbed episode first. It might be better if you see "A Scare To remember" first, because it would be spoiling that scene in the dub version (though, you've already seen the Japanese version, but still).

I'm absolutly obsessed with the one from "Do I Hear a Ralts?". I love it so much! I'm tempted to put my microphone up to my TV to record it....

I thought you were just refering to the songs you had in your post. XD

Stay Together is catchy~ XD I have no idea if it's longer than when it aired in that episode since I haven't seen the episode for a while. Here, I uploaded it for ya.

I also like that song from Do I Hear A Ralts. It's probably my second favorite English dub song, next to Pokémon Johto.

I really hope a full version of it is released sometime.

I like alot of the dub songs, especially the ones that were from Pikachu's Jukebox back in teh first season or so. THe one from Pikachu's Goodbye is great just cause I get teary whenever I hear it, which goes for any song that plays when Ash releases (or almost releases) a pokemon. Together Forever and Best Friends are 2 of my other favorites. The song from Do I Hear a Ralts was amazing too.

The theme songs are okay, but I still prefer the raw themes.

It was? I don't recall that.... I think you might be thinking of Pikachu's Jukebox. I think Lisa was talking about songs that were given a context within an episode, rather than sitting outside the episode (like the Pokéraps, Pikachu's Jukebox, Pokémon Karaokemon, and the opening themes).

I had the CD when I was like 10 or 9 or something like that and quite liked Pokemon Dance Mix (the music the play with the movies, hell they played it with a Japanese one once), and I quite liked Team Rocket's Rockin. Good songs, lighthearted, and fun.

Yeah, they played it on an early Japanese trailer of the Deoxys Movie. They even had an English dude say "COMING JULY 15th!"

I think it was once in OI?
No, that was a different song. ^^o

The song you're thinking of Habunake, is actually the Pokemon Dance Beat, lol.

And it played in "Misty Meets Her Match", during the scene where all of Rudy's Pokemon were dancing.

Also you're right Kthleen, I started this thread to talk about those songs. But oh well, I guess people can talk about the other dub vocal songs if they want.

I just really like the anime specific vocals because they actually played in the anime itself.

Could also be Together Forever, which played during The Joy of Pokemon.
