Dugtrio error?

I was looking at dugtrio's page and it says it learns earthquake at level 45, but my dugtrio didn't learn it at 45? its level 50 and still has not learned it. (note I am playing firered if that makes a difference). thanks in advance its just i kinda need to know being that i have to fight the elite four soon.
