dumbist pokemon

Okay...any reason why? I've always thought of shapeshifters being somewhat clever...

I think the dumbest pokemon would probably be...I dunno, actually. Maby numel (the "numb" pokemon).
 
Well if you can't back yourself up as to why you hate a character (or pokemon in this case), then I'm sorry to say that that's both SPAM and character bashing, which is against the rules. Sorry.

the reason is bea cause it looks like jello and im afraid of jello beacause its the only food that move on it own oh and agrea that numel is a dumb pokemon

Anyway, in my view the 'stupidest-looking Pokémon' award is tied between Jynx (are they trying to get cited for negative racial stereotypes? The thing gives me the shivers! :eek: ) and Surskit (what is that thing supposed to be anyway? A walking cherry?).
 
Intellience-wise, it's obviously a tie between Psyduck and Slowpoke. :p

I find it ironic that "dumbest" is spelled wrong.

Anyway, I think the dumbest pokemon is most likely magicarp. They just seem...utterly useless.

You meant 'bot' or 'both'? I have to agree with Ket Makura on this one; Magikarp wins the Dumbest Pokémon award hands-down.
 
Very Unusual Topic but by my calculation Mr.Mime is the uglist and Slowpoke iis the Dumbiest
