Or a female in the evolutionary line caught in a duskball. Could also work with a Friend Safari of anybody has one. I have 1 friend safari with one, but the guy is never on for me to unlock it. I have the hidden ability Siesmitoad line as well as Metagross.

Still looking. Sent several private messages to those on the forums I saw advertising they had a Froakie Safari but they either haven't responded or I haven't seen them online after friending to unlock the Froakie.
