e-Reader berries and Tag descriptions?

XY introduced Berry mutations, but recall that we are also missing 14 berries that were used only to make Pokeblocks.

What if ORAS reintroduced the e-reader berries through mutations? If contests were to return, these berries could be considered special because they'd be the best to use in making Pokeblocks, having been crossed from Pokeblock-specific berries.

On a related note, who wants to see the return of berry's tag descriptions?

I'm down with that. I do miss the berry tags, and I generally loved the improvements to berry planting (including mutations) in X and Y.

The e-reader berries were a masive fail that I don't see returning for the remakes. They aren't needed at all in these games.

Most of them are redundant, I don't see any reason to re-introduce them.

While it would be cool to bring back some old berries (I remember really liking the Pamtre Berry for some reason in Gen III), I doubt they'd do that when they could just tweak the stats of the berries currently found in XY so that they had similar Pokéblock effects to berries that have since been cut.

Berry tags should come back, though. It was really nice having the Pokéblock stats right there when viewing a berry.
